Terms of agreement
By placing an order at Schweden snus you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms & conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to order tobacco products from Schweden snus. By accepting these terms & conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase tobacco. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law.
The contract of sale is subject to normal conditions of Swedish law. The contract is only binding for both parties, when Schweden snus has registered payment.
Delivery
The products will be send as soon as possible, and you will receive them 1 - 21 days after the purchase, depending on the shipment method. The snus will be send to the address given by you.
Payment
Payment can be done with Your Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard. If paying with your Credit card, the amount is drawn form your account when your tickets have been forwarded to you by ordinary mail.
All communication between you and Schweden snus is done through a cryptographic key, and it is therefore not possible for a third party to see your account number. All information is send directly to our payment gateway, and Schweden snus does not keep your information.
When paying with bank transfer and the full payment does not arrive, we will be forced to reduce the order with the equivalent value.
Delivery and administration fees
Delivery and administration fees, depends on your location.
All prices are without VAT. For countries inside EU there will be added 25% VAT.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are free from these taxes. Should there be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snus is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.
Import regulations
You as a buyer are responsible for researching the rules and regulations that apply to your specific country. We do not take responsibility in releasing or shipping replacement deliveries if the consignment gets stuck in customs.
Complaint
Any complaint concerning the purchase of your snus, you have to contact Schweden snus.
Restriction
Mistakes in the listed prices or sold out products, are restricted by schweden-snus.com.
